2. Services and Booking
- Course Offering: We offer a range of Italian language classes and cultural courses, with detailed descriptions, pricing options, and package durations available on the Website.
- First Lesson: The open talking session is free. This introductory session helps us understand your goals and current level of Italian.
- Booking Process: Lessons are booked after submitting an enquiry via our Website. By booking a lesson or package, you agree to provide accurate and current information.
- Online Delivery: All lessons are conducted online. We will inform you of the specific platform (Microsoft Teams or Google Meet) for your scheduled session.
3. Pricing, Payment, and Refunds
- Pricing Information: Prices for individual lessons and packages are clearly stated on the Website. Examples include:
- 1-hour language lesson: £35
- Package of 3 lessons: £30 per lesson (£90 total)
- Package of 10 lessons: £28 per lesson (£280 total)
- Validity: Packages are valid for a limited time (e.g. 1 month for 3-lesson packages; 4 months for 10-lesson packages) as specified at the time of purchase.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via the methods detailed on the Website.
- Refund Policy:
- If you cancel a package after beginning, the cost of completed lessons will be deducted from the total package price. For example, if you cancel after 2 lessons of a 10-lesson package, you will be refunded for the remaining 8 lessons.
- Cancellation requests are effective as of the date the cancellation email is received.
- In cases of medical emergencies, you may request a course freeze. The unused portion of your payment will then be applied to future classes.
- Cancellation of Individual Lessons:
- No fee will be charged for cancellation if you provide more than 24 hours’ notice.
- If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to attend without notice, the full lesson fee will be charged. This policy applies even for lessons purchased as part of a package.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided on this Website—including text, images, logos, videos, course materials, and any other materials supplied to you as part of your lessons—is the property of The Tuscan Tutor or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
